The small print, in plain English

How people are counted
You are charged for the most people you had in the account at any point in the month. Somebody added part-way through is charged for that whole month, not a part of it. Removing somebody stops the charge from the following month, not straight away.
Going over what is included
Nothing stops working. The extra is measured over the month and charged after that month ends, so it lands on a later invoice than the plan it relates to — and we email you when you pass an included amount. Included amounts do not roll over.
Late payment
We never charge interest or a late fee. If a payment fails we email you and retry; if it stays unpaid, the account becomes read-only until it is settled. Nothing is ever deleted.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like — from your own settings if you pay by card, or by emailing us if we invoice you by hand. You get a final invoice for what you have used, and your data stays available for the period you have already paid for.
